1.0 Abstract Fees
It is compulsory to submit your Extended Abstracts (300-400) words, together with the Proof of Payment for the non-refundable Abstract Fees as follows:-
Wed 08 Jul 2026 : MYR 100 (USD 25)
Wed 15 Jul 2026 : MYR 200 (USD 50)

Full Paper Submission.
It is compulsory to submit your full paper together with the Non-refundable Registration Fees and Publication Fees (Prior WoS-indexed). Payments of each of the Fees on different dates are not allowed. Balance of the Publication Fees (Post-WoS-indexed) is payable after the E-BPJ is successfully WoS-indexed.

2.1.1 Registration Fees will be based on the status of the 1st author.

2.1.2 Student ID / AMER 2026 Membership Cert required to be submitted together with Proof of Payment.

2.1.3 For accompanying persons: Non-presenters / Co-authors / Spouses attending, shall be charged as follows:-
For ALL meals (halal) as per Programme, and Conf Pack @ MYR450 per pax. Fees to be paid by Wed 13 May 2026. Last-minute booking will not be possible.

2.1.4 For Malaysians, 100% additional surcharge from the table above if none of the authors is from another international institution/organisation from abroad. (Those from abroad must not be Malaysians, nor non-Malaysians studying/working in Malaysia. The co-author from abroad must also not co-authored another paper. Failing which all the papers co-authored will be disqualified for the Best Paper awards).

2.1.5 Registration Fees Includes
Meals (halal) as per the Conference programme.
On-site Conference Pack for On-site participants only: – T-shirt and Bag.
Programme Booklet, , Abstract Booklet and Proceeding (Draft) will be made available online during the conference.
Only E-Certificates will be issued for all categories, after the conference.

2.1.6 Registration Fees Excludes:-

Transfers from hotels to the conference venue
Conference Tours

2.1.7 Special Group Discount for Registration Fees:-
A 20% discount for Registration Fees is given to groups of 5 full papers or more. While the papers should be submitted online individually, a note should be included in the Supplementary File regarding the group.

2.2 Publication Fees
2.2.1 For publication in the Proceeding, E-BPJ, 11(38), Sep 2026 AND in any of our other international journals, ajE-Bs, jABs (for the extended full papers as journal articles).

2.2.2 Special note for CBE, UiTM postgrad students: UiTM Senate has recognised ajE-Bs as your publication platforms prior to your graduation. The journal is also indexed in ERA (Excellence in Research for Australia).

3.0 Payment Instructions
3.1 Payments can be made by Depositing cash, or Telegraphic Transfer into the account, details as below.
3.2 Bank Draft, Personal cheque and Paypal are not acceptable.
3.3 The slip (receipt) as “Proof of Payment’ should be submitted together with the Abstract or Full Paper.

4.0 Terms of Registration and Payment

General terms and conditions:–
4.1 The registration of participation is binding.
4.2 All payments made are non-refundable. This includes the cancellation of participation.
4.3 Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of both the Registration Fee and Publication Fee are received.
4.4 Letter of Guarantee from the Sponsor is not acceptable.
4.5 The conference Program may be subjected to changes.
4.6 Payments will be refunded in full if the conference has to be cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client. However, registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed to another venue and/or later date.
4.7 Bank draft, Personal cheque, Paypal are not acceptable.
