1.0 Abstract Fees
It is compulsory to submit your Extended Abstracts (300-400) words, together with the Proof of Payment for the non-refundable Abstract Fees as follows:-
Mon 27 Apr 2026 : MYR 100
Fri 01 May 2026 : MYR 200

2.0: Full Paper Submission.
It is compulsory to submit your full paper together with the Non-refundable Registration Fees.

2.1 Registration Fees

2.1.1 Registration Fees will be based on the status of the 1st author.

2.1.2 Student ID / AMER 2026 Membership Cert required to be submitted together with Proof of Payment.

2.1.3 For accompanying persons: Non-presenters / Co-authors / Spouses attending, shall be charged as follows:-
For ALL meals (halal) as per Programme, and Conf Pack @ MYR450 per pax. Fees to be paid by Wed 13 May 2026. Last-minute booking will not be possible.

2.1.4 Registration Fees Includes
Meals (halal) as per the Conference programme.
On-site Conference Pack: – T-shirt and Bag.
Programme Booklet, Keynote Speaker Booklet, Abstract Booklet and Proceedings (In Progress) will be made available online during the conferencevia the official conference portal. Only E-Certificates will be issued for all categories, after the conference.

2.1.5 Registration Fees Excludes:-

Publication Fees

2.1.6 Special Group Discount for Registration Fees:-
A 20% discount for Registration Fees is given to groups of 5 full papers or more. While the papers should be submitted online individually, a note should be included in the Supplementary File regarding the group.

3.0 Payment Instructions
3.1 Payments can be made by Depositing cash, or Telegraphic Transfer into the account, details as below.
3.2 Bank Draft, Personal cheque and Paypal are not acceptable.
3.3 The slip (receipt) as “Proof of Payment’ should be submitted together with the Abstract or Amended Full Paper.

4.0 Terms of Registration and Payment

General terms and conditions:–
4.1 The registration of participation is binding.
4.2 All payments made are non-refundable. This includes the cancellation of participation.
4.3 Publication upon full compliance is not guaranteed until full payment of both the Registration Fee and Publication Fee are received.
4.4 Letter of Guarantee from the Sponsor is not acceptable.
4.5 The conference Program may be subjected to changes.
4.6 Payments will be refunded in full if the conference has to be cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client. However, registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed to another venue and/or later date.
4.7 Bank draft, Personal cheque, Paypal are not acceptable.
